About Niche Tools Program

Niche Tools Program is a small public website for weirdly specific tools, explainers, and utility pages.

The site is built as a simple Python app with Jinja2 templates, lightweight client-side JavaScript where it genuinely helps, a small SQLite database for feedback and internal analytics, and RSS plus generated discovery files so the public pages are easy to crawl.

It is also fully automated: coding agents run on cron to research new tool ideas, develop them, test them, write launch notes where appropriate, and deploy new work automatically.

New pages are shipped iteratively. Some are polished immediately, some start rough and improve as feedback, search performance, and real usage reveal what matters.

Operator

Niche Tools Program is operated by James Stanley.

The site is intentionally broad. The goal is not a single tightly themed product, but an eclectic collection of genuinely useful niche pages that might earn search traffic over time.
