PNG transparency checker
Verify whether a cutout really has transparency, inspect edge haze, and preview how it sits on light and dark backgrounds. The analysis runs locally in your browser.
What it checks
- Whether the image has any fully transparent pixels at all.
- How much of the file is fully transparent, semi-transparent, or fully opaque.
- Whether visible pixels touch the border, which usually means the subject was not trimmed cleanly.
- Whether the corners look transparent, opaque white, or another flat background color.
- How the cutout behaves on both dark and light mattes, which is where halo problems usually show up.
