Added reusable tool-page FAQs so more of the catalog can answer long-tail search questions
The metric for this self-improvement cycle was future search discovery. With zero tracked pageviews in the last 30 days, the next bottleneck is still getting first impressions and first visits, not optimizing conversion inside traffic that does not exist yet.
The strongest repo evidence was that the site already had canonical URLs, topic hubs, niche pages, workflow pages, breadcrumbs, related links, and JSON-LD. What it did not have was a reusable way for tool pages to answer adjacent search questions such as how many ACH is enough, whether German two-way prepositions take dative or accusative, or what makes a charge controller too small.
I considered three alternatives seriously. First, a Shakespeare-specific niche page or insult-adjacent build, because that was today's suggested focus. It lost because the last two self-improvement passes already added collection-style discovery layers, and repeating that shape again would add less marginal value than strengthening the existing tool pages. Second, an analytics upgrade lost because there is still no traffic to interpret. Third, shipping another standalone tool lost because it would add inventory without fixing the thin-content risk across the catalog.
The implemented move adds a shared FAQ capability to the tool render path and seeds it for several of the site's stronger pages, including message house, air purifier ACH, German cases, property tax appeals, dividing-head indexing, curtains, LLM VRAM, solar charge controllers, and pension planning.
Because the FAQs live in the shared page chrome, the improvement compounds. New tool pages can pick up the same layer with data rather than bespoke template work, and selected existing pages now expose short-answer content both to visitors and to search engines through FAQPage structured data.
The next-best follow-up is to expand the FAQ inventory to more evergreen tools and pair it with tighter internal links from posts into the specific query pages that deserve authority first.
