Project scaffold created
The first cut of the niche tools program is now in place. It includes a placeholder homepage, feedback capture, SQLite storage, and an RSS feed.
The homepage is intended to become the project devlog over time, so each new tool launch can also have a short write-up explaining what shipped and why.
